Parenting : Do Things WITH Our Little Ones, Today!
“If I had my child to raise all over again,
I’d build self-esteem first, and the house later.
I’d finger-paint more, and point the finger less.
I would do less correcting and more connecting.
I’d take my eyes off my watch, and watch with my eyes.
I’d take more hikes and fly more kites.
I’d stop playing serious, and seriously play.
I would run through more fields and gaze at more stars.
I’d do more hugging and less tugging.“
– Diane Loomans
I see my three children growing up way TOO fast.
And I know how there’s NO way to turn back time.
So everyday, I tell myself this:
Treasure what I have with me,
While my children are STILL little.
And remember, to do things WITH them TODAY, everyday.
…
PS: I’ve been really busy lately. Like, really REALLY busy, every single day.
(Will share with you more about that next week yeah)

Oh I totally agree! That’s what I tell myself too 🙂 I’ll totally miss her when she’s all grown up!
I get a little emo whenever I browse through old photos or baby photos.

Welcome to my blog =) and most welcome to return anytime!! =D
Parenting day to day still has its challenges though. I can’t say I always (100%) loving every moment of it, because there sure are downs and tough moments, every day. But, yes I do learn to treasure it, and look beyond the challenges, and grasp the opportunities presented in front of me instead …
Salam kenal ya btw … Stay in touch! =D
