Kiddy rides at Toa Payoh
We’ve seen these little cars and motorbikes swerving by before, but we’ve never tried it out until last night.
It’s one of those outdoor kiddy rides where the kids need to only rest their foot on a ‘button’ to get the vehicle going and have fun driving around the cordoned off area.
There’re about fifteen or so cars and motorbikes altogether and we paid just THREE dollars per kid for a good fifteen minutes drive!
And oh, here’s what we love about it most.
They (apparently!) have a ‘remote-controlled’ car too, specially designed for smaller kids who obviously can’t drive yet!
So last night, Daddy had a good walk right behind Vai’s car and manually ‘controlled’ where it’s going.
It was all good last night.
The weather was nice and cool and everyone’s had their dinner too (read: hunger often leads to unnecessary crankiness).
And so yes, the kids had so much fun there! (and wished their ‘fifteen minutes’ never ends!)
PS: The ‘lady in charge’ said they’re basically there every Saturday, Sunday and on the eve of Public Holidays.
